Postal Service with Tracking (for most countries)
- Usual delivery duration is 2 to 5 weeks, expect some delays due to COVID-19
- Destination Postal Service will handle delivery once parcel reaches your country
- Reliability of parcel status update depends on Destination Postal Service
- Delay may occur due to custom checks or high mail volumes

Postal Service with Limited Tracking (for USA only)
- Usual delivery duration is 2 to 5 weeks, expect some delays due to COVID-19
- Online tracking is limited and only available up to "Arrival at Destination Post"
- "Arrival at Destination Post" means USPS has received the parcel and it will need further processing before delivery

DHL Express
- The fastest and most reliable option available. 
- Usual delivery duration is 3-5 business days, expect 1-3 days delays due to COVID-19
- We are now offering subsidized DHL Express shipping rates for all orders due to COVID-19

Process for Delayed Shipment
- If you experience any delays or suspect that your parcel might be misplaced, please contact us for assistance. 
- We will engage Chunghwa Post or DHL to investigate the status of parcel.
- After investigation concludes parcel is lost, Buyer can choose a full refund or get a replacement.
- DHL Express:Investigation can start any time.
- Postal Service with Tracking: Investigation can take up to 2 months; and investigation can only start earliest on 18th business day after date of mailing.
